For Patients Traveling to Cairo

Dr. Safwat welcomes patients from outside Egypt seeking specialist assessment or treatment for hand, wrist, and upper-limb conditions. This page outlines how the process generally works.

How It Works

1. Get in touch. Contact the clinic with a description of your problem and, if available, any prior imaging or medical reports.

2. Share your records. Send existing X-rays, MRI, or clinical reports so they can be reviewed ahead of your visit or consultation.

3. Consultation. Depending on availability, an initial assessment may be arranged remotely or in person at the clinic in Cairo.

4. Treatment planning. If treatment is recommended, Dr. Safwat will discuss the options, expected recovery, and what an in-person visit would involve.

5. Follow-up. After any procedure, a follow-up plan is arranged, including guidance for continuing care after you return home.
