Do I need a referral to see Dr. Safwat?

No referral is required. You can request an appointment directly.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring any prior imaging (X-rays, MRI, ultrasound), a list of current medications, and a summary of your symptoms and their duration.

Does every condition require surgery?

No. Many hand and wrist conditions respond well to non-operative treatment such as splinting, injections or therapy. Surgery is considered when conservative options have not resolved the problem.

Do you see international patients?

Yes. Contact the clinic in advance so imaging and reports can be reviewed ahead of your visit.
